Web-app is solid, but their own application on windows isn't great or stable. Making calls is difficult and buggy. Mobile app is good, unless you use smaller pop up windows on android, then the app opens in weird locations, sometimes making it hard to move around.

Good, but the device store system, in which if you open the browser option, makes you spend many minutes downloading messages. This is a pain.
