Great choice in finding the right assistant. What I love the most is that assistants are fully-supervised so when I delegate a task, I'll just set clear objectives and deadline and they will deliver quality output. Easy peasy!

A really good experience finding an Executive Assistant!

We just recently raised our funding round, and so we needed to start rapidly hiring for marketers, sales people, graphic designers, lead generation people, and Wing Assistant made it really easy.

I hired 17 people with Wing, including my own personal Executive Assistant, and they did a really solid job. I got the first 9 people started in less than a week, and the next 8 started the week after.

My team uses the Wing app to record training materials for the assistants we have on there, and it works great. My CSM is really responsive and helpful, they are currently helping me hire bilingual assistants too, as we are starting to sell our services in Mexico as well.

I use the Wing app to communicate with my EA, so I also happen to use their productivity platform which is not bad at all, it's like Trello meets a chat interface with other features that help me create work for my EA.

Their mobile apps are pretty good too, I also use their texting service and their Chrome apps. I will soon explore their Zapier app.

On the whole, great experience, I'm a really happy customer!

One of the worst companies I've ever done business with. Our new start-up paid Wing a "deposit" after being promised a Social Media Assistant within 2-4 weeks of onboarding call. Our entire start-up production schedule was setup based on the 2-4 week Wing promise.

Wing stood us up TWICE on our initial onboarding call, with an automated "email apology" within minutes after the calls were scheduled. The email apologies were obviously automated since we also received the EXACT SAME APOLOGY MESSAGE minutes later, addressed to someone else, in our email address "by mistake".

TEN WEEKS AFTER eventual onboarding call, we emailed Wing for status with no response from Wing. After being ignored, emailed Wing a week later to cancel as our production schedule was now way behind, and also requested refund of our "deposit".

Wing rep responded and offered to "expedite" our assistant, (expediate? after waiting TEN weeks? really?). Wing rep also stated there are no refunds but "he would see what he could do about our refund". (eyeroll).

We never received a refund on our deposit, nor a Wing Assistant, wasting our time and money. Furthermore, we lost several weeks of production blindly waiting on Wing.

The arrogance of Wing to take money and not provide any services makes me happy that I didn't go any further with them.

Not a recommended place to work or obtain services from. The assistant wasn't properly prepared and there was too much of a hassle to reach out to ther immediate supervisor. What was supposed to be an assistant turned into another problem

When I signed up, I was told the assistant would be able to use LinkedIn (which is important for sales). The sales assistant didn't show up the first day, and the next day when she did, she informed she doesn't have LinkedIn. When she did show up, after the no-show on day 1, she wasn't in the Wing Platform so I could not share anything I uploaded for our first morning working together. And then I asked if she could set her callback number to the state our company is, and I was told Wing would need to speak with billing first.

It's been a nightmare experience, and now I am just trying to cancel. And that is also difficult to do!

I have been using Wing as my virtual assistant platform for a while now, and I have to say that it is the best one I have used so far. Danny my assistant is very efficient and reliable, and it has saved me a lot of time and effort. In addition, the customer success manager at Wing has been very helpful and supportive throughout my experience with the platform. I highly recommend Wing to anyone who needs a virtual assistant for their business or personal use
