A user-friendly accounting software with expense reporting. The clean interface makes it easier to navigate.
Xero is not a good UX. They do not offer very full accounting & finance tools.
And the tools they do offer are very half done. See projects for example.
They do not improve or add in services users ask for.
The UI is archaic, its laborious to use and painful.
The intergration spread it does have, is probably the only draw card.
You essentially have to buy 2 pieces of software to get a full accounting package.
Xero is a decent tool for accounting and financial management. Easy to use, it offers a wide range of features and is available in the cloud. Some synchronization issues, but overall, an excellent choice for businesses.
