Ooooh, this one is really really good. I'm not an HR specialist, but I used to constantly participate in interviews as the head of the team. A great initiative by the team to save hours of manual work in organising and screening resumes. As soon as the resumes are uplaoded and scanned, the system pulls out all the important information and stores it in the table, which saves the manual labor of the HR of maintaining the resumes getting screened. Also, the Avya AI assistant is really handful for assisting in getting the right set of resumes as described.
