I love Archbee. I am a user from the beginning and yes, it was not the best editor then. But over time it got better and better and now I am using it to document our dev's stuff. Recently started to use the public API documentation. Excited to see the new features. I can highly recommend this tool and it helps me with collab in the dev team!

We purchased Archbee to serve as an internal wikki for our policy and SOP. I had concerns because are a professional services firm, not a software company, but once I used the program and all the features, I think we hit a home run!

It's great to see Archbee go from strength to strength and become a genuine alternative to the likes of Confluence and other enterprise class knowledge management tools.

I'm about to use Archbee for an internal project to develop a mobile app and everyone is more than happy with it and they have thanked me for not choosing SharePoint!

I've found it to have a great UI, it's stable, it has the core features I need and the customer support is accessible via email rather than being a website with just a FAQ or a bot.

I can recommend Archbee to anyone. I hope the team continue with the great progress!

Archbee is nice-looking and easy to manage, it allows to share docs outside the organization, and generally it's killing it when it goes about features needed by the developers

Pros
+ clean UI (3)+ share docs externally (2)+ developer features (1)

Archbee is a very good documentation software that I have been using for about two years now. I think it's more like a deluxe version of Gitbook, perfect for developers or writers. You can use it to present your work in a systematic way.

Also, Dragos is one of the most responsive founder I've ever met.

I highly recommend archbee!

Archbee is top notch and possibly top of the food chain when it comes to documentation tools. I've been a customer for a couple of years and it has been solid with consistent development and improvements. Support has been awesome and they are always interested in feedback.

They do all the heavy lifting as far as hosting, keeping it updated and iterating with improvements and new features.

I feel good about recommending Archbee and do so other. Great to see them featured on PH today!

Pros
+ reliable (3)+ customer support (3)+ consistent development (3)

My team have been customers for a few months now. We love Archbee, and rely on it every day for all kinds of internal docs - server documentation, induction, sales call notes, special pricing, reusable marketing snippets, customer onboarding todos... Originally we tried adopted it for product docs for customers. But then we realised it was a great solution to replace our internal docs as well. Specifically we replaced our internal wiki, Simplenote shared notes, and a directory of shared markdown files, with Archbee. It's very intuitive, as demonstrated by the fact everyone in our team of 5 came to use it voluntarily, without any training or intro at all.

Pros
+ internal wiki replacement (3)+ collaboration (3)
