Alternative to Notion, we rely it on it for everything whether it's weekly plans, product specs, or marketing tracking
Coda has been such a life save for us. We were struggling with sharing our documents and keeping them organized for the team using Google Drive. While Google Drive is great as a repository of documents, it's not the best at keeping things organized, so we used Coda as a high-level GPS map to point to and guide our team to all the various docs. And of course, collaborating and brainstorming using Coda is such a joy (I mean Coda should get the Golden Kitty Award just for its People and Reactions field types!)
Absolutely love Coda! As a photographer and someone who works in marketing, I am a very visual person. I love how quickly I can make important company docs look fun and engaging. I am not a big fan of having to watch or read tutorials before learning a new product. Coda has done a fantastic job of making the learning curve quick. Within minutes, I understood the basic functions.

Currently using it for project documentation, financial tracking, and automated workflows. Particularly valuable for teams needing custom solutions without heavy development overhead. Standout Use Case: Several users report successful app development without coding expertise - notable for small business owners seeking cost-effective solutions. Upvoted for innovative approach to document management. 🚀
Coda is a great doc management platform that I have used in the past on multiple projects. It works great for my small company needs, and developing and strategizing for new products. Asana, Monday, Clickup, etc. have all been more than necessary for my development, and Coda offers a free tier that provides exactly what I need.
Coda.io is an amazing project management product and allowed our team to collaborate quickly using a flexible set of tools that suit projects of any size. We especially like their integration and automation capabilities, which allowed us to build a custom email marketing system.
As a Coda user, I’ve found it to be an incredibly powerful tool that has transformed the way I organize my work. It’s like having a document, spreadsheet, and app builder all in one place. It did take some time to get used to all the features, but once I did, it became an essential part of my daily routine. If you’re looking for a flexible platform that grows with your needs, Coda is definitely worth trying.
Software really good, but now they hold us hostage, They changed pricing structure and now we are stuck. Only docmakers could make docs and contributers could make pages. Now they disabled the latter to hike the prices.
Cancelling my sub due to the pricing changes they made, now only docmakers can make new pages which is really weird and a move to squeeze cash. Going to migrate everything over to Obisidan which now also has advanced table support and... based on markedown so you'll never have a situation like Coda created.
Awesome product! It's my daily driver for writing code notes.
The best for all of my stuff.
Coda is a very powerful online document editor, and what it can do depends on your imagination. It's fantastic.
Long time Coda Lover and so excited to see this major update! Congrats to Shishir and team for a monumental launch. Coda has always made collaboration in and across teams actually doable, but now we're supercharged.
Excited about the lift on personal docs too. This unlocks so much potential for the community to generate even more helpful templates for those productivity nerds like me!
