Definitely a huge time-saver for anyone with a lot of meetings!
Fathom does a great job capturing strong meeting notes. I've used it to go through over a 100 sales call transcripts. I've also exported the transcripts (which isn't always easy to do in other solutions), and run them through ChatGPT to generate ICPs and Personas. So, I like it for what it can do for meetings, as well as making it easy for me to pull data out for different analyses elsewhere. Transcription seems very accurate, which is the key.
Fathom made our Zoom calls so much more productive — automatic transcripts, smart summaries, and action items without any effort. It’s like having an AI secretary in every meeting.
Fathom has streamlined my workflow during meetings.Perfect notes, instant summaries, zero effort. It saves me time every single day.One of the best tools I’ve ever used.
Fathom truly became the heart of our app curation process. Every call was recorded, transcribed, and summarized, helping us document key details, recap discussions, and keep everything transparent and on record. Thanks to Fathom, we never missed a detail and could efficiently follow up with every founder and partner.
Fathom is an amazing AI notetaker that saves tons of time. It records, transcribes, and summarizes meetings perfectly so I can focus on the conversation. Works great with Zoom and Meet — absolutely essential!
Fathom’s a must-have for anyone who meets a lot! Fire it up during Zoom/Teams calls, and its AI auto-transcribes everything, even labels who said what. No more scribbling notes mid-meeting—just export the key points to share with the team afterward. The transcription’s super accurate, barely needs editing. Total time-saver for keeping meeting records!
This tool works pretty well overall. It loads fast, and core features are easy to find—no need to spend time figuring things out. It meets my daily needs, though the navigation menu could be a bit simpler to look cleaner.
Great product. "Ask Fathom" comes in clutch for all different types of meetings. CS, sales, support, and product all marvel at how easily it is to extract and summarize conversations.
Only con? Nothing for mobile support at this time.
As a frequent user of remote meeting platforms, I can’t say enough good things about Fathom. It records and summarizes meetings in real-time, which makes reviewing discussions much easier.
Best free plan out there. It uses a local dispatcher to send the bot to the meeting but wish it was possible to do the same locally and silently (without a bot joining the meeting) and show transcription, summary, and editable notes live.
Obsessed. Fathom is my favorite product in my tech stack and my go-to for highlighting product feedback, tracking customer experience, and sharing valuable sound bites with colleagues. I especially love its “Ask Fathom” functionality. Very helpful when prepping for an upcoming client call or serving as “talking points” in an internal meeting.
The ease of use is out of this world. It is as easy as Step 1: Install Step 2: Forget about it It starts itself automatically, records and transcribes automatically, offers my guests the option of sending a request to share the recording automatically, and then, as quietly as it worked, it goes back into the background automatically. It. Just. Works. I wish it could recognise Hindi and Marathi. But I am sure we'll get there. Soon, I hope.
