I highly suggest using a different app because of product unreliability and incredibly poor support. For the second time, a meeting wasn't recorded despite MeetGeek being present. The first time, I reached out to their help team and stopped getting responses from them after a few days. I've emailed them twice since and received no response. I just contacted them again letting them know the issue has happened a second time, and we'll see if they respond.

It's a great tool that runs in the background and takes care of transcribing meetings and calls.The tool is easy to use and it works most of the time, but has room for improvement in terms of speaker recognition, accent recognition/transcribing correctly, option out of some meetings when not needed, integration with SFDC to name a few rooms for improvement.
MeetGeek is a fun way to do your meeting summaries and to transcribe it. it is helpful for coaches and cost way less than hiring a transcription service. It adds value to the meeting by sending the transcripts directly to your clients, word for word.
So far I have been happy with MeetGeek's results. Sharing video recording and transcription with my team, and guests have never been this easy. While the transcription is almost always accurate, our team can manually edit the transcription whenever needed.
I've used other AI-based 'meeting assistant' tools, and Meetgeek is the best. Accurate transcripts, fast turnaround, and the new Meeting Minutes tool is fantastic.
Such a help when you have a lot of meetings. I can do a quick text search of a topic from my meetings and find the exact meeting where we discussed it! It will jump right to that point in the video, and I can listen to every word my client says. So helpful when you realize you missed something in your notes. I love the product so much!
I love that I can integrate MeetGeek with my Google Calendar, and it automatically joins all meetings. It drops a comment to say that it's recording the meeting, it drops prompts to say the meeting is approaching the end of the scheduled time, and does great summaries. One really cool feature I haven't seen elsewhere is 'speaker sentiment', where it analyses how the meeting went in terms of awkward silences, who spoke the most, etc.

Beyond the app itself, you need to know about @dan_huru. This guy is unbelievable. He's one of only 2 or 3 tech CEOs who actually deliver on promises and at speed. I asked about AI support inside the user group right after the world discovered Chatgpt, and at the time, he said they were looking at an April launch for that feature. He promised a brand new integration with bleeding-edge tech to be developed on a 4-month timeline and pulled it off. HOW?! Not to mention the support you receive is personal and complete. If I ask the team a question, I get a response within 24 hours without fail. This is more than a seriously impressive product; this is a seriously impressive company. Five Stars, two thumbs, and all the sheep in New Zealand for MeetGeek.
