TOTAL SCAM!

We have initially purchased a lifetime deal for MeetMinutes.in which included all necessary credits to function as advertised. Earlier this year all lifetime deal customers experienced that the founder advertised that this product now has BYOK, and for us "early adopters," this meant ONLY BYOK. Meaning no matter how much you paid for the product that was supposed to have a certain number of minutes included each month, this was no longer valid, and to have this product still running as intended now you would have to incur additional costs each month. Online on Facebook, this has been discussed multiple times discussed but the founder acts as if we were idiots and also treats us that way, pretending we should be grateful that we now have the option for unlimited meeting credits (of course, only if we pay additionally for it, which was never the discussion nor was it ever advertised like that.

Not to mention that the app is technically junk, even if you waste additionally money on it.

We have returned to our subscription with Otter.ai because MeetMinutes would not even provide a full summary, leaving out a lot of important topics and discussion points from meetings.

I think it is really important to look into who is advertising and selling from where to avoid experiencing being scammed, and also if quality and functionality are being focused on.

And also keep in mind there are also free options available out there if you do not require too many minutes of meeting recordings. All still better than this!

This an extremely unreliable product. Calendars keep disconnecting, bot continuously fails to turn up (maybe comes to 1 in 5 meetings)... Would not recommend (used for over 3 months now) had to switch to meetgeek.

Excellent for Estonian Users – and Beyond!

As someone from Estonia — a small country with only 1.3 million people — I’ve found that most apps don’t bother including our language. I’ve tested quite a few. But MeetMinutes does, and it does an exceptional job at transcribing Estonian accurately!

I use it regularly for work meetings and client phone calls, but also to create clear, structured memos from real-life meeting recordings and even my own voice memos when inspiration strikes.

The way MeetMinutes generates clean summaries, highlights key points, and extracts tasks and questions is incredibly helpful.

I seriously recommend it to anyone who needs to take notes, write memos, or make sense of long meetings. Every office or meeting assistant should be using this tool. Every freelancer should use it for their client calls and discussions — so no detail gets lost.

I've using Meet minutes for over a month, and it truly has simplified taking meeting notes. Not just that but I can also quickly read the summary for the meeting that I was unable to join and get on speed with all the discussions.

It's simplicity and efficiency has decluttered the way I used to manage my meetings. Also, the 'actionable tasks' feature helps me manage cross-domain functions better.

I think it's a great app for enterprise notetaking. The meeting analytics it provides are some of the best and very relevant. I especially really liked the sentiment graph that monitors the sentiment of the meeting throughout

Using MeetMinutes from last 2 years & best part is it works for all indian regional languages & accuracy of their summaries are best in the segment. I recommend this to anyone who is doing freelancing or have an agency business.
