They've made it very easy to add articles. One button click, copy and paste text, or upload a PDF. I use Overcast as my podcast player and it shows up there automatically. All very seamless.
They had made some nice improvements on the audio in the last couple of years, but those feel like they've stalled a bit. I'm hoping they can keep making improvements there.
UX is a bit buggy. And pricing is unclear. But works. Audio could be improved. Hopefully it will get Spotify DJ level audio soon.
I use this tool daily. I forward it emails from mailing lists and love that I can get them in my podcast player. Specifically newsletters like Matt Levine are great for this -- long emails I don't want to sit down and read... much better as a podcast.
