Just to clarify things: Do you know you have notifications but choose to ignore them? And this tool constantly reminds you of that appointment/meeting? I'm not entirely sure if I have an issue, but I tend to juggle multiple tasks, set up notifications, and be aware of them, but I don't bother to check them.
