As a business owner I love this concept, but I’m giving this review from the perspective as a receiver. When I first received it I thought it was cool, but as you click through the options many are very limited or don’t match the product pictures. For one example, they’d show cute water bottles on the photo - and when you click through only the basic colors with tiny sizes are available. It almost feels like you only get to choose from the overstock, or cheaper items from each brand. I feel like the selection overall was low-quality and couldn’t find anything I loved.
Goody feels like a cool, modern way to send gifts — good selection of cool gifts/new products I wouldn’t necessarily find elsewhere, and I love the “open the gift” experience for the person receiving the gift. It’s especially great for last minute gifts since I basically just send the person a text, or if I’ve been struggling to think of something to get the person because they can just swap if they don’t like what I picked!
This is a great platform, both for business and personal gifting. The platform is really easy to use, and they have a lot of really great products as well. It shines on the business gifting side as a result of the gifting automation features. This is definitely a time-saver for various employee and client/prospect occasions throughout the year.
