Terrible experience.
I was interested in the service and signed up without knowing the need to have a Zoom call with their VP to use the service (something that wasn't advertised anywhere). I couldn't schedule the call then and left it for later.
From then on, I haven't stopped being spammed with emails to "finish my account" and phone calls from them (several emails AND phone calls from NY daily).
They have a very aggressive policy of reaching out, which I don't feel comfortable with.
I've requested they delete my account, and won't be doing business with them. Won't recommend creating an account with them; there are other alternatives I'll be exploring.
