We use Play to make realistic voices for our voice agents. It makes the testing process more authentic.
Past the initial wow effect on the demo, it was a pretty bad experience for me. My use case was super basic with TTS API. A lot of settings are poorly explained, the JS library was unusable. And in the end, the voice outpout is extremely unreliable.
