Simple tool that has added a lot of value to our team. Idea might seem too formal and cheesy, the WFH version of trust falls at corporate retreats. Was pleasantly surprised to see it's actually a good option for asynchronous team fun and getting to know each other better. Hasn't felt contrived or intrusive; I like the options to mix the different levels of questions depending on how well you know your team. The guessing "game" is a lot of fun too!
