I can't believe this app is still free. So many incredible talks and mediations; I wake up and go to sleep with Insight Timer!
I found my favorite meditations, especially by Sara Blondin, on this app.
The app's discovery feature is amazing; it introduces new voices and ideas. Plus, there's a wide collection of meditations to explore. If you want to connect with yourself, give it a try!
At first it was fantastic to have guided meditations and community built into a product that allow independent content creators to post on this platform. However, the quality of the content has become questionable and with the increased number of content creators on the platform, it is harder to search and get contextual recommendations of getting relevant content. Still a powerhouse meditation and mindfulness app.
