Great idea and one that is needed now more than ever. I have tried self-discipline on the phone with various methods (unique folders, hiding folders, time limits, etc.) but never with a hard barrier. Unpluq provides the framework to create new habits and eliminate phone addiction, what is not to like?

This is such a good idea! I heard elsewhere about the idea of breaking the immediate dopamine hit you get when you check Instagram/Twitter/TikTok. I love the idea of configurable real world checks to get in the way of that unhealthy loop.

I love the idea, but I love even more the headline: "Get another hour & 20 minutes in your day, every day". It's simple, yet so effective. I'm a happy early user of your app, and I wish you all the best for this launch. Hope it'll be a blast! 🔥
